Since our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, change of mind, or preference. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the issue.
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
Cancellations & Changes
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as it enters production immediately.
- Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we’ll investigate.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
